Self-catering at Corrie Beag, Pitlochry

 

Terms and Conditions

 

1  The time of occupation is 4pm on the starting day of hire and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the last day of hire.

 

2  Bookings require a deposit of £50 at the time of booking and the balance six weeks prior to arrival. In the case of a booking being made within the six weeks, the whole sum would be payable on booking. At the moment we can only accept personal cheques as payment.

 

3  Dogs are welcome and no additional charge is made for their stay, but please ensure dogs are walked away from the property.

 

4  A cot and high chair are provided at no additional cost, so please request these items at time of booking.

 

5  The cost of electricity, gas and hire of bed linen and towels are all included in the cost.

 

6  On your departure please ensure that the property is left in a clean and decent condition. Breakages will be charged and if extra cleaning is required over and above the normal, a charge of £20 will be made.

 

7  Only the stipulated number of guests may stay in the property, unless previously agreed.

 

8  Cancellation by guests - Deposits are non-refundable and cancellation charges are 40% of balance if within four weeks of the start of the holiday, 60% if within three weeks and 80% if within two weeks or less. If, however, the holiday period is re-let, monies will be returned except for a fee of £10 to cover administration costs. Guests might consider taking out holiday insurance against this eventuality.

 

9  Cancellation by the owners. If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the property as booked all monies paid will be refunded. However the hirer will have no further claim against the owners.  

 

10 No responsibility can be accepted for the person or personal possessions in or around the property as well as for cars parked in garage, driveway, or outside the property.

 

11 Corrie Beag is a non-smoking establishment.

 

12 By paying the initial deposit, the hirer is agreeing to abide by the Terms and Conditions as set out above.
