General

Corrie Beag is a well-situated, well-maintained, detached bungalow in a quiet, attractive area of Pitlochry.

The house is carpeted throughout and has gas-fired central heating which can be operated by visitors according to their comfort. There are radiators in all rooms. The house is also double-glazed throughout, all windows have curtains and most windows have the benefit of venetian or roller blinds.

Lounge

The south-facing lounge has a long window which allows it to catch the light throughout the day. It is tastefully decorated and is furnished with occasional tables and seating for six. The television can receive satellite programmes and is linked to a video recorder and DVD player. A small selection of DVDs is provided. There is a small library containing books, maps and magazines of local interest as well as a folder illustrating the many activities available in the area. A CD player is provided too. The house is centrally-heated by gas but the lounge has additional electric heating when required. There are blinds to keep out blazing summer sun and in winter the curtains add to the sense of cosiness.

Kitchen - Diner

Visitors are always surprised at the large size of the kitchen. It is also south-facing and is light, bright and airy. It is furnished throughout with fitted wall and floor units.

There is a larder fridge and large freezer. For cooking, there is a ceramic hob and double oven and a microwave oven along with an extensive selection of cooking utensils. There is also an electric kettle, teapot, coffee cafetiere and an electric toaster.

A washing machine and tumble drier as well as ironing facilities are provided for clothes care.

A small television is also available. An electric extractor fan is fitted for your convenience.

The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a spacious dining area where six can be seated comfortably around the table. Full sets of crockery and tableware are provided. Afterwards, the dishwasher will make light work of post-meal chores.

A range of cleaning materials is provided, for use as required.

Bedroom 1

A large room, stylishly furnished in pine. There are twin beds with sprung mattresses, duvets, pillows and coordinated bed linen and other soft furnishings. Extra blankets and pillows are available for all rooms.

There are also matching bedside tables and reading lamps, wardrobe and dressing table, mirror and bedside rugs.
